Family, please share with us two of your case scenarios on the types of unemployment. Unemployment in this country is for real, and we must be able to identify the reasons why we lose work, which can perhaps help us choose careers more effectively. You must have two scenarios down to get full credit. By the way, who likes getting fired or losing a job?

frictional unemployment-when an employee comes to work late everyday and the boss is tired of the employee's actions.So the boss would let them go so that person got laid off.
seasonal unemployment-when the fair comes in town like once a year and you work there doing the time that it is here.Then when the fair ends you woulld find another job.
FRICTIONAL-When a person comes to work in do absolutely nothing but stands around.So the hiring manager fire him.
SEASONAL-Is when a person is only working for the holiday(christmas)and after the holiday that person is unemployed.
Last summer i got lay off because the jon got so low in production that the owners if the company couldnt pay everybody so they gave lay off to almost 50 or more people..... this is call FRICTIONAL
When the disaster in new orleans happen a lot of people lost their jobs because of all the destruction that the huracan made..... this is call SEASONAL
Getting laid off sometimes seems to be very unfair. For instance being laid off,fired, may happen for many reasons.LAID OFF:
Jennifer leaves school and goes home to get ready for work she sees alot of traffic so she calls her boss to tell him you might be late. However when she arrives he tells her he cant have late workers so she is fired.
another one would be lock out which is known to be the worst:
this happens when tommy is coming to work for his night shit he is two minutes late and not well groomed. he calls his boss from the gate and no one answers him so he is locked out with no way in his job.

When the seasonal change happen 10 people were layed off
one reason for get fired is why you are a imigrant and the bosses got abusive to you, that i called discrimination about imigrant people. Another reason for get fired is racism, some companies doesnt like have black, chineses, or hispanic people. some others reasons is that you make a bad work, or simply you are not able to do the work.
the reason why people lose their jobs is because they don't like their salary so they don't work with energy

seasonal:Frank get a job at water park for the summer but he din't know that the place would be close in winter so winter arrive he is without

FRICTIONAL UNEMPLOYMENT:
Linda changed jobs because of being laid off of her current job,so she needed time to find the right job after finishing her schooling.
SEASONALUNEMPLOYMENT:
Sarah and her friend Jessie both attened high school when high school got out it was aperfect time to find a summer job because of this this is called seasonal unemployment.
1. Frictional: By taking your time to find a job because some people might have gotten laid off and they are trying to find a new one.
2. Seasonal: Migrant farmers and other people that have seasonal jobs can be without work once the season is over.
SEASONAL UNEMPLOYMENT-Is when a person is only working for one of the four seasons,or maybe just for the holiday. After they seasonal job i over they need to get another JOB.
CYCLICAL UNEMPLOYMENT- Is when the economy goes into recession and workers are laid off and loses their JOB because of new technology.
